UK dealer group XPD have added three new people to its Business Development team, to help support its new ‘XPD Solutions’ programme. Their roles include Corporate Solutions, Telesales, Pricing tool kits, and E-manager.
Sarah Mundy who joined in November is the business development coordinator responsible for much of the administrative work within the Selby office, and helping to coordinate the work of the entire team.
Briony Hartley joined in December 2011 in the role of Telemarketing Manager. She will manage the Telephone Solutions programme, including management of the XPD customer database, as well as cleansing data and appointment making on behalf of customers.
Suzi Pegg, who joined in January as data analyst, responsible for creation of all corporate documents and will be in regular correspondence with dealers to helping manage the new corporate and e-commerce solutions.
Kim Gladstone, Head of Business Development at XPD, said: "All three of our new team members have settled into their roles very well, and are already helping to grow our Business Solutions. With even more resource, we will be able to develop our Solutions with greater tenacity.
