French consumables manufacturer Armor has agreed to a partnership with Japanese compatible, new and remanufactured inkjet cartridge manufacturer, S.T. Sangyo.

The partnership will allow Armor and S.T. Sangyo to share information and expertise in three key areas: marketing, industrial property and research and development. The partnership will also allows both companies to expand their global commercial coverage.

“This partnership is part of our ongoing development drive, which begun in May with the acquisition of Wecare4 in the Netherlands. By exchanging information, both companies can grow stronger in our respective markets,” explains Pierre-Yves Léger, Operations Director at Armor Office Printing.
